Chef Jeff has been cooking for more than 40 years, and in that time he’s learned one simple truth: great food starts with great ingredients and a whole lot of heart. He’s spent decades in kitchens perfecting flavors, experimenting with recipes, and understanding what makes people light up when they take that first bite.

After a lifetime of cooking for others, Chef Jeff decided it was finally time to build something of his own. That dream turned into our food truck—a small space with a big fire and even bigger passion.

Today, we’re proud to serve authentic wood‑fired pizza, made the way Chef Jeff believes pizza should be: fresh dough, real ingredients, and a flame that gives every pie its own personality. No shortcuts, no gimmicks—just honest, handcrafted pizza from someone who truly knows food.
